On http://www.sellhousefastsaltlake.com you will see my simple one-page site, and an opt-in form asking for a Name, Email, and Phone #.
I have the code already for a subscription form I created with a wordpress plugin called Newsletters. I need you to paste it into the appropriate place on my landing page so that the form works correctly. Right now it only collects the Name and Email, not Phone.
I am using the optimizepress theme, so it's supposed to be copy and paste with the code, but ...

I'll give you a list of 25 web sites.
For each web site you make 1 thumbnail 220x160px showing the logo and something interesting that looks nice and 1 image that is 680x450px that shows the log and a nice part of the home page of the web site.
Summary.
1) make attractive images that look nice
2) each image shows the logo of the web site
3) save each image at the highest JPG quality in Photoshop.
4) make each image 72dpi
