Goolgle Trends Hourly Update WordPress Plugin Modification

I am using a Wordpress Plugin called GTrends that pulls the Hot Trends from Google every hour and post them to my plugin as a seperate post with a thumbnail picture, every hour. I really like this plugin however I would like to have it modified so that I can have it post at intervals I choose. Like every 4, 6, 8 or 12 hours. I imagine this would be a very simple fix for a novice programmer.I've attached the plugin for you to view it in the auto_post.php script.
